Welcome to CatsQuant. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CatsQuant platform (“Platform”), operated by Selkara LLC, a private limited liability company registered under the laws of Nevis.
CatsQuant provides algorithmic strategy tools, data analytics, signal overlays, and trading infrastructure through a non-custodial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Trade-as-a-Service (TaaS) model.
The Platform does not provide investment advice, asset management, portfolio management, or any regulated financial services. All tools are offered strictly for informational and strategic infrastructure purposes.
Clients are responsible for their own financial decisions, risk management, custody arrangements, and trading execution. CatsQuant does not take custody of client funds or assets at any time.
Access to services is subscription-based, tiered, or usage-based, as agreed in each client contract. Payment may be made via fiat or crypto where permitted.
All tools and strategies are licensed for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or replication without written consent is prohibited.
The Platform is operated by Selkara LLC, Nevis. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nevis, without regard to conflict of laws.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
All content, strategy logic, software tools, models, and infrastructure made available through the CatsQuant platform are and remain the exclusive property of Selkara LLC. Clients are granted access under a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for internal use. Unauthorized use, duplication, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited without written consent from Selkara LLC.
